At MRT GREEN, our mission is rooted in environmental conservation and sustainable community development. Since our platform is built around donations and voluntary contributions toward tree planting and reforestation campaigns, all contributions are treated as final and non-refundable.
All amounts paid to MRT GREEN, whether through registration, voluntary contributions, or endowments, are considered donations made toward a social cause. These funds are directly utilized for sapling purchases, plantation drives, digital tracking systems, awareness campaigns, and environmental education.
Once a donation or payment is made, it is **non-refundable and non-transferable**, under any circumstance. This includes, but is not limited to:
As a general policy, we do not offer refunds. However, if you believe a payment was made in error (e.g., duplicate transactions or unauthorized charges), you may contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction date.
In such cases, we may review and decide at our sole discretion whether a refund is warranted. You must provide a valid proof of transaction and reason for dispute.
Once you register or contribute to a campaign, cancellations are not allowed. We encourage all participants and donors to read our terms and mission objectives carefully before initiating a payment.
